Unable to Disarm M-COM with EOD Bot

This is frustrating.  I set my "Interact" bind to Middle Mouse as well as the number 7 on the keyboard, and when I approach an MCOM and see the "Interact" prompt, neither of those two binds do anything.

I've experienced the same issue. When I get to M-COM with EOD Bot it promts your interact key press  (still default 'E' for me) to interact with M-COM. Of course that pulls me out of the EOD bot. I tried 'using' the EOD bot to disarm but it was not disarming, just torching the M-COM. 

Has anyone found a valid workaround for this issue on PC for users not using standard keybinds?

It's an issue with standard keybinds as well, for me at least. 

Gamerr100​ I had posted about this on the Battlefield6 subreddit as well.  Someone just commented:

"The UI is misleading, you literally just use the bot's repair tool on the MCOM to arm/disarm"

I swear I tried that though and it didn't do anything.  What are your results?

I just played a round of Rush on defense and was at the MCOM trying to disarm it with the repair tool and that didn't work.  No progress bar, no disarm.  Nothing... just lots of sparks.

Lame.
