Unable to Ping/Comms on MnK

I'm on MnK on PC, and I'm unable to use my pings despite them clearly being binded. When I get killed, I also cannot thank anyone for reviving me (which I feel awful about). I'm not sure what caused this, but it happened some time during the campaign. I hit the button when it said COMMS READY, and after a while, it just stopped. Now, in MP, I can't ping anyone which makes it hard to say where someone is. 

I've tried changing my keybinds to anything, it doesn't work. I even tried hitting every key on my keyboard and button on my mouse, thinking maybe it's a visual error. Nothing. I also do not get a prompt to thank anyone upon being revived, so it's reading as if it's an unbound action.
