Unable to Use Hold-Breath Steady Scope on DMRs in BF6 for Months - PC

Hold breath for steady scope has been broken on DMRs across all classes at least since October. DICE please fix, it makes DMRs unplayable in RedSec and worthless in standard multiplayer. I have tried all published workarounds online and the issue is still present.
