Unavailable with party - Multiplayer not possible?

Anybody else experiencing this? Since today, when my group forms a party, all multiplayer modes become locked and I can’t search for a match. If I leave the party matchmaking works fine. Platform: PC...

Same problem on xbox, only a group of 5 or 6 xbox friends all can play together just fine. But once I join their group they no longer can host games they all get locked out and only i can can be party lead and have the game launch with everyone in it.
