Unavailable with party - Multiplayer not possible?

Still not working, and on top of it, trying to do work rounds, I start matchmaking, a friend joins, it stops the match making, lets me restart it, but it's chucked him into a different game mode and map at random, even though we're not currently looking for a game. Still, it wouldnt be a new battlefield game without a **bleep** tonne of issues would it? lol
