Unavailable with party - Multiplayer not possible?

Anybody else experiencing this? Since today, when my group forms a party, all multiplayer modes become locked and I can’t search for a match. If I leave the party matchmaking works fine. Platform: PC (EA App). Tried restarting game with no effect.

Please advise or confirm if this is a known bug.

Update 27.10. 

I contacted EA Support today; they confirmed they know about the issue and are looking into it, but could not provide a timeline for resolution.
