I have the same error Code - cant play since yesterday and cant even find a solution in the web.. 

Hi there. Try deleting the local saved games. Go to Settings > System > Storage. Then choose 'Clear local saved games'. Let e know if that helps or not. Thanks!

Where can I delete the locally stored data on my xbox? 
If I go into the game's save, I can reset my account save, but then I guess I'm back to level 1.

It did not work, still receiving the same undefined error code 

We are having the same issue with my son’s game.  It was fine and just stopped with this error code.   Did you find a fix?

I am having the same issue, started in the afternoon of October 27th and I have been unable to play a single match since. Occasionally, I’ll make it into the queue just to get the same error message anyways.

I mentioned those instructions in my previous message. Here they are again:

 Go to Settings > System > Storage. Then choose 'Clear local saved games'

If that isn't helping, can you tell me which step you're not able to complete? There are also numerous videos online that show the process. You could try doing a search for them.

I’ve done that at least 13 times and still get the same error code. It will put me in a queue behind 135,000 and get down to 900 then immediately pops the error code. I’ve deleted the game, factory reset the Xbox, redownloaded the game and it still happening.

Which Xbox console are you on? 

Try clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:

1. On your console, go to Settings
2. Network Settings
3. Advanced
4. Alternate MAC address
5. Clear

Unfortunately, those steps didn't work either. The game was completely deleted and reinstalled, and the alternate MAC address was also deleted. I'm still getting the exact same error message.

I assume it's not a network or console issue, but rather an account problem. I logged into a second account, and I can access it without any problems. 

That will probably be the long-term solution, even though it means starting from scratch again.

That does sound like it could be an account issue. Try deleting the personal saved data for BF 6 with these steps:

1. Press the Guide button and then highlight the BF6 tile
2. Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it
3. Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it.
4. Try playing again

I’ve tried all the steps above and my son has been unable to play for three days now.  He is able to play BF 2042 with no issues and was able to play Battlefield 6 with no issues until the other day. Between the issues with portal servers and now this I’m seriously starting to regret purchasing the game. 

Having the exact same issues with my son and have done quite a bit more troubleshooting than what has been listed here with no avail. Seems the update broke something with family accounts. 

 havent had mine fixed in 8 days now. No battlefield for 8 days. Same error code. S.S.D.D

Hello, do you mean to do the Steps on the xbox console or on the ea website?

On the Xbox console.

Xbox One S. Clearing the MAC address did nothing. Same exact undefined error code when launching the game 

Having the same issues as everyone above. I tried all the suggested steps in this thread. No change. I can log in on my Xbox Battlefield 6 account no problem, but my son can’t. Keeps getting the above stated error. We even tried a second Xbox. No success.  I also reached out to EA support chat, and didn’t get anywhere. They just said, it is a known issue, but offered no solutions. 

I have now followed all possible troubleshooting steps, unfortunately without success; the message still appears when logging in.

Are you gamesharing with your son?

Also, go to the network settings on his console and let me know what it says for the NAT. 

Does the error only happen when you play together? Is he able to play when you're not connected?

We were game sharing and it worked fine. Once it quit working, I did go buy a second copy of game in case that was the issue. However, no change. 

As for Nat, it says open. 

And it doesn’t seem to matter if I am playing or not playing. He gets the same error both ways. 

Are you also playing on Xbox? If so, are you gamesharing?
