I’ve done that at least 13 times and still get the same error code. It will put me in a queue behind 135,000 and get down to 900 then immediately pops the error code. I’ve deleted the game, factory reset the Xbox, redownloaded the game and it still happening.
Which Xbox console are you on?
Try clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:
- On your console, go to Settings
- Network Settings
- Advanced
- Alternate MAC address
- Clear
You also may want to try alternate DNS settings with the instructions here.

Xbox One S. Clearing the MAC address did nothing. Same exact undefined error code when launching the game

Are you gamesharing with your son?
Also, go to the network settings on his console and let me know what it says for the NAT.Does the error only happen when you play together? Is he able to play when you're not connected?

We were game sharing and it worked fine. Once it quit working, I did go buy a second copy of game in case that was the issue. However, no change.
As for Nat, it says open.
And it doesn’t seem to matter if I am playing or not playing. He gets the same error both ways.

I’m getting the same error for my kids account. I can log in on the same Xbox and play no problem. Took all the steps mentioned with no resolution. The issue is on EA’s side, it started with the update to season 1

Try deleting the local saved data with these steps.
- Press the Guide button and then highlight the BF6 tile.
- Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it.
- Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it.
Let me know what happens. Thank you.
