Uniform Patches Not Working Properly

I've noticed some uniform patches aren't working properly... when I'm downed and I can see the body of the dude it's clear the patch is bugged. Noticed this also with the "lead the way" operator where I can't even see my purchased patch. 

Patches needs a global revision.
