unlocks not tracking

I play on Xbox series X and when i finish a match it never shows my gun unlocks and when i go to customize my gun. For example the Kord 6P67 i just got to level 12 it unlocks the 5 MW Green laser. before my next match i went to attach it but had to exit to the xbox home menu fully quit the game reload into it before it says its unlocked to be used. It happens with every gun and every attachment i unlock i have to do the same thing. It also never shows at the end of a match what attachments i have unlocked for the guns i have been using the only way i know is by tracking what comes next buy looking in the attachment slots.
