US ARMY dog tag

Im in the US army and want this dog tag but it says its in a bundle specifically the spectral division bundle. If you click on the dog tag it takes you there aswell but the dog tag is not here. I’ve been doing research and there is no clear way to u lock this do I have to prove im active duty or something . Please reach out with a update if some sort
