Vehicle aim sensitivity mouse issue

My idea it asks? To have the devs and admins here listen to their community lol. 

Jokes aside, the vehicle aim sensitivity setting is not allowing changes in decimal or full integers. Instead it is changing by 0.7-0.8 up or down from default. 

Also there seems to be TWO spots for vehicle sensitivity control (mouse) but they don't match? One is set by default to 20. The other within mouse & keyboard > control settings is set by default to 30. Why two and which one is being used?
