Vehicle repair not tracking

Have seen several reports of various challenges not tracking. I am sure this has been mentioned but mentioning again. Tracked to 125 of 200 and then suddenly stopped. Tracking/untracking the challenge doesn't seem to change anything, thought maybe that would do it but alas it did not.
