Vehicle view switch from 1st person to 3rd person problem

Hello, 

There is a problem when switching views in vehicles. As soon as I am in first person view and zoom in, it cannot be switched to 3rd person view (at least on consoles). I have to zoom out first and only then it is possible to switch to 3rd person view which is quite an issue if you need to do it quickly. In previous games it did not matter if normal or zoomed, it was always possible to switch to 3rd person view.
