Versatile skin missing

On October 10th I've bought Twitch subscription to receive Versatile skin. I was able to obtain other Twitch rewards for streaming, however the Versatile skin was not delivered to my account. I lost couple euro and raised a support ticket.

However, since then I going back and forth with Support. They asked me multiple times for my username, email, date of purchase etc. (all in the same case # so they could just read the previous emails) just to inform me that I wont receive my skin. For 3-4 months they were claiming that this was passed to the team and there are other users affected. Today I was told that I want receive it due to the some policy/rules. No further explanation.

I dont understand, they just took my money and said I wont receive anything. It's a robbery :D cmon! I understand that I paid Twitch but they don't want to help. Probably shared money with EA from all these subscriptions or something. It's not theirs fault that EA cant deliver.

So, I don't know what to do next. No help from the Support, nothing from the Community Managers etc.

This case could be simply resolved by just granting me some in-game credits or promo code.
