Weapon attachment bugged

whenever I unlock attachments for any of my guns I’m having to restart my game to use said attachments I had this bug during the beta and thought it would’ve been fixed by now it’s quite frustrating having to close my game to progress my guns I have no idea how or why this is even a thing. Also nobody I know is having this problem either the first hour I played I was unlocking things normally then all of a sudden it stopped and hasn’t worked in the 8 hours of game time I have.
