Weapon progression milestones don’t unlock without a game restart

I’ve mainly been playing Support, but as my primary weapon levels up and I should be unlocking attachments, they’re remaining locked. Still says requires “mastery x” even after I’m past it. Once I close the game and relaunch it, everything I should have had access to is available.
