Weapons not unlocking

As previously posted by other players and users, I also seem to be having a difficulty with the progression challenges. I have several weapons that I have completed the challenges for…yet they are still locked. I have also cleared the cache since I am playing on PlayStation 5 and nothing has been resolved. Please address this issue.
