Weapons selection UI doesnt load occasionally

for some reason the weapons selection UI stopped working on first try while in a match and sometimes even on the level of the main menu. it's rather annoying. i have no idea what has caused this issue but it can usually be fixed by retrying. At its worst it takes multiple attempts but that is rare. it is also a noticeably laggy experience compared to the game itself, that cpu runs at ticks no problems. the visual frame rate might be even higher, my GPU runs at usually 140 ticks, which is dead right at the frame rate limit ive set for it and let adaptive sync handle all the rest.

in general, the UI of the game has become much more sluggish since Season2, but only the UI. 

my specs are a 9700X and 9070XT, latest UEFI, latest radeon driver: 26.2.2.
