Weekly Battle pass challenges not tracking

For several days i have had the Complete matches in Multiplayer track sporatically. i have definitely played more than 15 matches to completion in many different modes, i am very disappointed it doesn't work or track correctly. i will not be buying another battle pass as this experience has been horrible the last two weeks. most of my challenges did not track and i missed out on battle pass advancement that i paid for. poor experience. i was really looking forward to this game and while the game plays well. the challenge execution has been a nightmare.
