Why do I Join started games being dominated? Also long shots dont update.

My idea might be a wild one but maybe start a new lobby? Every time I join the games started already. Not to mention the team I’m on is already dominated and losing its only objective! I guess screw me and my stats considering there’s almost NO coming back from that and it’s a guaranteed loss. I try too play it out instead of quiting and restarting because one I’m thrown into another started match and I’m not sure if I get knocked for quiting mid match. And two I don’t want too spend my time on a loading screen. I’m not custom searching I’m simply playing conquest straight up with all maps and I join in getting absolutely destroyed getting spawn killed. It would make more sense if people on one team is quitting the match in mass groups too call the game a forfeiture once the team is down too 20 players vs 32 or even 24-32 players. It’s honestly ridiculous. Thank god this isn’t ranked matches because there would be way more of an issue. Also I’ve made shots in the high 500m-600m range and as it says new best on screen once I make the kill marksman and regular kill it does not update too my stats? Starting too get frustrating with it let alone the match issues but don’t think for a second it don’t update how many matches I’ve lost since I start them already lost…With matches being like this a solid 95% of the time and achievement stats not updating is making want too go back too call of duty.
