Why is there no stick deadzone setttings?

I don't know if this is a bug but I can't find ANY controller stick deadzone settings. I usually play with a high stick deadzone setting on console and this is frustrating me beyond belief to the point it is turning me away from the game. My aim feels sluggish and I feel like Im messing with my sensitivity settings more than I am playing the game to get something reminiscent of a high stick deadzone setting.
