Yesterday, I saw a msg on my profile, it was Day 1 login reward or something like that, I think it was an ICON, I claimed it, but it's not showing, anybody saw that?
I saw Day 2 reward today, it was an XP boost, but I'm not sure it registered either.
The profile bug has been fixed.
I’m also expiriencing this bug… again. Launch daily rewards were also bugged for me and received them in December as Dice has recognized the issue after 2 months.
This time I’ve received days 1,3 and 5 rewards only despite logging in every day since 18.12.2025.
Hope this will be fixed soon, the same as Launch daily rewards.
Bugged for me too. I play every day 100% but did not get all login rewards in the winter update.
Same here! This is bugged yet again just like the October 10 to October 17th Launch Event rewards. @EA and @DICE please fix this issue by rewarding the players with the full December 18th to December 25th reward list pack. The in-game message inbox reward system is really buggy and needs to be fixed asap. Please DO NOT include any future rewards again from the in-game mail messaging inbox system until the bug is fixed. It's better to just have redeemable codes given out instead to manually claim the rewards.
I also didn't get the day 1 reward.
