Winter Offensive Battle pass bought but didn't unlock any tiers?

Almost the same problem, i bought the three last levels but got doublecharged and didnt recieve anything. After i stopped playing and logged in a few hours later i got my stuff from the battlepass but no refund for the doublecharge. I have contacted support and they documented it as a bug
