Winter Offensive Battle Pass progress not completing

I am playing on Steam and I just finished all of the challenges for the Winter Offensive and my progress is stuck on the Bear Decal. I just bought the Battlefield Pro just to finish this challenge an...

You just just have to keep working on weekly challenges. When you get battle pass XP you will also receive bonus battle pass XP which will work towards the pick.

    Yeah none of that was happening sufficed to say. I'd complete any of the challenges and the progress was still stuck at less than 3 points of completing the entire thing.
