Won’t let me progress on battlefield six after a match

I’m playing on Xbox series X  when I’ve completed the match and it goes to the squad score and then it goes to the very end when it says continue or loading onto the next match at the bottom right it just says waiting for the next match or waiting for the squad leader then the rest of the people in my squad,  my friends would just be in the next game and it will not load me into the next game it just constantly keeps saying waiting for squad leader or waiting for the next match to load this has happened multiple times now I’ve tried waiting for a while, but it just won’t put me into the next game
