Xp seems way too low on Strikepoint

Just got 18 kills, many assists, was on objective and the game ended 6-5, so we played the max amount of rounds achievable. I only got 3600xp. 

This is by far my favorite gamemode, but the XP does not seem proper for the game. Not sure if this is bugged or intentional, but needs to be looked at.
