Zero portal progression

While hosting generic full xp server I made, there is zero progression towards unlocks. Effectively making portal worthless for me and friends. I don't play mp be cause of cheaters. If I get full xp for hosting my own vanilla server to play with friends, or by myself, I should be getting progression towards vehicle/ gun/ class unlocks. Will not play again until this is fixed. 

You LIED about full xp portal before game released. We will all still play when everything is unlocked, so why lie and screw us over on unlocks???
