Zoom Aim Snap Bug

Aim assist zoom aim snap has been removed from the settings menu but I still experience it when playing ANY Portal matches. Because it’s not in the menu, I cannot turn it off. From what I’ve learned so far, the only way to turn it off is to have the server creators turn it off on the server side. Which is unacceptable.

If I continue playing on Portal, it will mess with my muscle memory and because of that, it’s unplayable for me. Please put this option back in the menu so I can turn it off.

I am a controller player on PC, after utilizing and experimenting with Portal it appears turning off the aim assist zoom snap does nothing when hosting online. Hosting an experience locally actually can turn off zoom snapping but leads to additional issues such as damage range multipliers. I think what's happening is the game is running on a different version when hosting a local server vs online server. I have tried editing my player save file manually to force the setting off even though it doesn't exist in the menus anymore to no avail. This effectively makes Portal near useless to all controller players.
