At Request of EA Customer Service Reporting As a Bug

EA, as many players know, reset the CFB objectives done in pursuit of rewards - most focally the upgrade token for CFB Championship Players - without warning the player base during a regular update.
Unfortunately like many players I did not have the time to completely redo the objective set after losing my progress with no warning. Thus I could not get the token which has been a hamper to fully enjoying the current Ultimate Team experience. I have been trying to resolve this.

While I'm not sure it is a formally a 'bug' EA's service team did request I write this post here to attempt to resolve the issue. So I would simply hope to get said token credited to my account (the other rewards were nice but not particularly important like the token); and any other players that ran into a similar issue and have likewise attempted to contact EA to resolve it.
