Bug with upgrading new Underdogs House Rules BND CB Gushiken

I completed the Zay Jones set and added the conqueror token to this weeks 97 CB Gushiken and he only gets upgraded to a 98 instead of a 99.

They said all House Rules players would upgrade to 99 overall. I checked the others on CFB.com and they all seem to upgrade to 99 beside Gushiken.

Can you fix this so that my 97 Gushiken can upgrade to 99 overall like he is suppose too?
