I purchased FC 25 via Steam to play on my gaming PC, but despite multiple attempts, I still cannot play the game properly due to control issues.
Initially, I connected my Xbox 360 controller, which had just been working fine on my Xbox console. However, when used with FC 25 on PC, the directional pad seemed stuck or unresponsive. Thinking it might be a hardware issue, I even ordered a brand-new controller, but the same problem occurred. I then re-tested both controllers on my Xbox, and they worked flawlessly — clearly, the issue lies with the PC version of the game.
Next, I attempted to play using keyboard controls instead. Unfortunately, I found that the WASD keys (used for player movement) do nothing — the player simply won’t move at all. I can still access menus and perform mouse-based navigation, but actual gameplay is impossible using only the keyboard.
Everything else in the game loads and runs normally until it comes to actual gameplay, which is where I'm completely unable to control my player.
This situation is extremely frustrating. I've been a loyal supporter of your football titles and have collected nearly every installment. Please don’t let me down this time. I would appreciate your urgent help in resolving this. Otherwise, I will have to consider requesting a refund, as the game is currently unplayable for me.
