Cannot see republished TeamBuilder team in Download Center

Hi, I cannot see a TeamBuilder team in the Download Center for College Football 25.

I have tried: restarting the game, clearing cache, searching by my friend’s EA ID, and even creating a new EA account.

My friend has republished the team as Public, and other players can see and download it.

Friend’s EA ID: oscar182212

Please help me access this team.
