CFB Playoffs challenge crashes Ultimate

I’d already completed this challenge but was trying to earn a token for Scavenger Hunt Redemption. I’m using a PS5. When I click on the “Playoff Prologue” subheading, I get the error “our servers cannot process your request at this time.”

i’m aware that other users can get this token, but that it crashes for others.
