Clean Sheet & Polished are Broken Abilities!!!!!

Clean sheet Offense is supposed to reduce the amount of penalties on offense. It doesn't work at all. I have multiple holding calls on a single drive (3) and 2 the next drive. 2 jet sweep passes and a simple drop back pass. What's the point of this ability that doesn't do anything. At very least just include the ability to reallocate points to some thing else or respec.
