Compensation for change in platinum players values

So I just purchased the 2800 point starter pack and a couple days ago 84 platinum players were 170000 coins, now they quick sold for 42500 coins each, know this I would not have open the pack and this was not advertised anywhere. Is there a way I can report to receive compensation or is this a glitch that happened from valentines rush? Also I went through ea help and I was told to go through here. This happened on Xbox series s.
