Constantly home screened from ultimate games in first couple plays Everytime

I've done everything up too this point that I can on my series x Xbox I cleared caches uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times I literally can't get any ultimate team or any online games too work at all with 3 plays I'm home screened and automatic lose every game this game is literally unplayable for me and this is not ok at all I payed for it when it came out I expect too play a game I put a lot of $$ in my ultimate team and stuff this isn't ok u need too fix this on your end for me my account info I'll give u if u want it but **bleep** fix this seriously
