Crashes Every Time I Start a Game/Minigame/Practice

I am able to launch the game from a disc without problem on my Xbox Series X. I go to launch an Exhibition game and all goes well through the menus. Once I hit the final button to start the game, it goes to the loading screen. It freezes there, the music cuts out, and the screen becomes pixelated. It then exits out to the Xbox dashboard. Sometimes it reboots altogether. I've had the same issue in Dynasty. Everything works ok until it's time to launch a game. I haven't played a single down yet. Xbox has all updates, as does the game. I've removed and reinstalled the game. I only have internal storage. I've switched TVs and HDMI cables with no success. Any advice? Other games work without issue.
