Custom Playbook Glitch

Summarize your bug So I made a custom offensive playbook in July, I've tweaked it maybe a couple of times since then. During my latest revisions, I added more single back, i-form, and pistol while cutting down on Shotgun. However, when I play the game a good chunk of these formations and play do not appear (Example I have 3 singleback formations and 3 i-form sets but in playbook I have 1 and 2 respectively). I'm under the cap on plays and formations. Even removed and re-added plays and saved under a new file name and still no luck. I even went into the dynasty and switched my offensive play style from spread to multiple to see if too many pro style formations was holding it up. I don't want to scrap the entire playbook and rebuild it all out but I would like for all the plays to appear to utilize different gameplans as needed. (I did see someone mentioned that the plays may be logging under "Special Teams" but I haven't noticed/looked at that. 
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a Custom Offensive Playbook and you will see a great number of your plays never are available when you actually try to use the playbook. 
What happens when the bug occurs? Your entire Custom Offensive Playbook is not available to you, even if you are well under the 500 play max.
What do you expect to see? All the plays in my Custom Offensive Playbook.
