Dynasty Recruiting Issue

This may be the wrong spot for this, if so, i apologize.

I did a Sway for To The House and a Soft Sell for TV Time on a recruit. They both worked. This recruit now has 4 check marks in his motivation list. I’ve had more than 3 check marks appear before, but I could exit, reload and it would fix itself. I’ve tried that already, and I still have 4 check marks this time. It’s a tight race with another user for this recruit, so I didn’t want to assume I could Hard Sell either option. I’ve never had a Sway and Soft Sell work like this before.
