Game Crashed 4th Playoff

Was playing ultimate team squads on NCAA26, in the fourth quarter of a playoff game and I was winning. If I won that, I go to the Super Bowl. My playing partner won.  I joined a discord party and my game froze. I had to hard quit NCAA26. Lost all rewards and chances at the Super Bowl rewards.
