game crashes randomly while playing offline

i have had this happen at least 3 times maybe more. when playing a game in offline dynasty and the game will freeze then crash. it always seems to happen when i am playing well or about to beat a tough team. it is really frustrating. it happens at what seems like complete random i can play many games without it happening. one time it was only 3 games apart, but most the time i have played many games before it happens. hope you can help me out
