Game not responding

I am playing "Road to Glory" in CFB 27, every time I complete a season game and the game returns to the home screen, it it's stuck on a blank screen with music, no content. The only way I can get the game to work is by returning my system every time I play 1 single game. Also, I have paid "P" points in my account that I can not longer use for some reason... EA sports, never informed me of any changes nor did EA sports reimburse me for the credits lost. This game is a waste of money, because i can't even play it correctly with the bugs!
