I had the same problem. HOWEVER, I found a way!
I went to my Xbox App, and installed the Xbox Cloud Gaming app on my phone. It allowed me to play on my phone, but then I noticed that if I Start loading the the game on my phone and then ALSO try loading the game on my Xbox right after, it loads up and it lets me through. I have needed to do this every time I want to play now, but I am able to play again.
