Game Pass Ultimate - Cloud Gaming issue

Same exact situation.

Same problem, i remember this happened when i was playing Madden 24 almost a year ago and their was nothing i could do, EA had to reset something on their side. Now we back with tuhe same problem less than a year later. Now its college football 25 and madden 25 that won't play. My xbox ultimate pass is good, username etc all align. It's EA that's doing this to force us to buy the new versions. I play on xbox one via othe cloud. I can play rogue squadron whch is a EA game but not last year versions of madden or college football 

I have the exact same issue but with Battlefield 2042?! I only wanted to play it to get the Battlefield 6 extras so I didn't want to install the game for just a few weeks (it will allow me to install it so I know I have access to it through EA/Games Pass) but it won't load it! I can play a whole load of other games on cloud,and my EA account is linked to my Xbox account,it's that one game and the fact it so happened to be an EA game isn't surprising to me!!
