Game wouldn’t load and counted as a loss for me

I was in my playoffs in 2v2 squads and after we scored to go up 21-14 the game just didn’t continue but wasn’t frozen all the players were moving  and replays still showing so I eventually had to close my game and it counted as a loss for me.
