Challenge goal is tackle 2+ times. I have user tacked 4-5 times in the drive, hit sticked, intercepted, caused fumbles. Nothing I do will let my tackles register. Please fix EA!!

So what does it take for EA to actually acknowledge this issue? I posted a bug report on a challenge before, and it was fixed within a couple days. The EA moderators came on the post and asked us to try after they fixed it, and it worked. So again, how long is it going to take them on this one?
