Play clock incorrect in online dynasty head to head play

Summarize your bug Too much time runs off accelerated play clock after cutscenes, change of possession, penalties, reviews. Accel playclock is set to 20s with 10min quarters and every drive, there are instances where the clock only gives 15-17s once the offensive player sees the playscreen selections. This is also seen after turnovers and penalties sometimes in Offline Dynasty against CPU.

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play Online Dynasty user vs user game. Play Online Dynasty or Offline Dynasty against CPU and the issue is seen after change of possession & turnovers at times.

What happens when the bug occurs?  With high frequency, the play clock will run down, i.e. start, at somewhere in the 15-17s window when the offensive player first sees the play selection screen. By the time a play is picked and huddle is broken to approach LOS, play clock has wound down below 10s, frequently to 5 or less.

What do you expect to see? When on offense, I expect to see the play clock starting at full value when first getting access to the play selection screen, picking a play, THEN the accelerated play clock spins down to 20s, which is the accelerated playclock setting selected in this particular case. Thus, when the huddle is broken, there should be 20s left on the play clock.

‌When testing, I have ensured my accelerated clock is set correctly and that chew clock is not on.
