Players disappearing off my team

I logged in a few days ago to find 3 of my starting recievers, quarterback (Andrew Luck), and my Dylan Sampson card completely gone. I then restart my game multiple times but nothing changed. Then I check the catalog and go to my missing players and it says that I still own them. I am contacting to get these players back
