Players do not recover stamina while opposite side is on field

For example, if I have a HB who is orange on stamina, and then he sits for my defense to take the field for 4 minutes, I would expect my HB to come back onto the field with green stamina. Instead, he will come back out with the same orange stamina he had when possession changed. This is highly unrealistic.
